We will start this classic and most iconic hike in the morning. Our hike will take us to the first peak, which is the most popular summit. It can be reached in about an hour to an hour and a half. The first section of the hike starts with the wooden stairs where the challenge begins. After reaching a junction to the first peak, you will encounter some fun features designed to assist you in getting up the rock surface, including a metal ladder and ropes! Yes, you will sweat and your heart will pump hard, but when you reach the summit, it will all be worth it, trust us! After the hike, we will refuel our bodies with a visit to one of Squamish's local eatery.
How about a 60 -90 min small private group outdoor Yoga class to recharge and rejuvenate your body and soul in the afternoon? Our certified yoga teacher will take you to the next level of body awareness and deep relaxation. If the weather is not cooperating, we will move the session into a studio.
Our tour includes healthy snacks, 60-90 min small private Yoga session and transportation from and to your hotels or any place in downtown Vancouver. Please wear suitable hiking apparel; including layered clothing, hiking shoes (no slippers!), a small backpack for your hydration/snacks, rain jacket and hat (optional), camera (must!), comfortable clothing for Yoga and most importantly a positive energy!
